Difference

To begin with I would like to point out we are different, I say we cuse there would be others who would contribute and I say different, well cuse we are. This first blog will try and explain how we are different from your usual run of the mill food critics, will try and explain how we go beyond words and try to give you that vicarious feeling of being there... so here goes our first serving...

1. We are not, and I repeat not fond of words that confuse so much so that the food tastes blander than than the description.

2. We are not at all about obscure unheard of places, we are about your everyday watering holes, or every weekend eat outs, though we would venture out into the unknown and unheard obscure arcane eating joints (only to appear "Pseudo Cool")

3. We are not being paid to cover/review/criticize the place we visit, its out own hard earned moolah that goes in, and its all for the love of food.

4. And well we are not critics, we don't come remotely close to that. We are just ardent foodies dying to eat wherever and whatever.

5. We wont talk about just "Saadii Dilli", at times we would cover places from lands far far away, for we all do travel and when we do we do wanna know what place and what food.

6. And yes we would occasionally or rather more often than not get into a loquacious description about the place which again would be in words that need not be googled.

7. And the bottomline we arent doing this for the money, its cuse we eat, cuse we talk while we eat, cuse we discuss what we eat. And food is experiential we know and experiences are better shared than kept within.
